The Association of Provisions and Chuchería Wholesalers for the province of Espaillat, recognized the founder and president of Therrestra, Hugo Pérez Ovalles, as Mocano of the Year in its annual activity, the event that brings together the commercial and business sector of the province and in which recognizes the meritorious work of industrial and business figures who, through their work and dedication, contribute more to the growth and development of this territorial demarcation.

The Association of Provisions Wholesalers with fifty-four years of experience, and the Association in Chuchería for the province of Espaillat with three decades of life and more than 80 members jointly between both organizations, decided unanimously, the value of Pérez Ovalles for the sake of to facilitate progress for Moca and the province.
