Grupo Therrestra has collaborated in the renovation of the Mayor Manuel de Jesús Guerrero León police station, located in the Hoyo de Friusa community, built in 2014 by the National Security Plan executed by the Presidency of the Republic and with which it is intended to reduce criminal acts in that sector.

With the contribution of Therrestra, the detachment that bears that name, in honor of the police officer Manuel de Jesús Guerrero León, killed by three shots in the line of duty in an incident that occurred in front of Plaza Genaro, was able to paint some areas of the building's structure. that were deteriorated. "This police compound contributes to the security, peace and tranquility, not only of the residents of Hoyo de Friusa, but of the entire Verón, Bávaro and Punta Cana Region. Therefore, we wanted to support them," explained Hugo Pérez Ovalles , President of Grupo Therrestra.

The detachment has about 50 members of the National Police who serve to combat crime and delinquency in this sector.
