T.H. Green Valley

It is a new avant-garde proposal located in Santiago de los Caballeros, where it elegantly integrates the flora and urban planning of the area to generate a living space of great enjoyment. It has 8 apartment blocks of 8 levels, with 4 units per floor with 3 bedrooms per level, for a total of 256 apartments in the project.

The project has 256 parking spaces for the apartments, 20 parking spaces in the commercial plaza and 71 available parking spaces. In addition, it has an excellent shopping plaza with 17 stores on three levels, 2 common bathrooms per level, thus occupying an area of 963 m2. A green area of approximately 7,187.32 m2 in addition to a common area for events that has a swimming pool, a 100 m2 gazebo and we developed a locker area of 224 m2
