Ing. Danilo Arias
Director of Operations Jamaica
He has been working at Grupo Therrestra since 2006, and is currently in charge of the Directorate of Operations in Jamaica. He is a Civil Engineer, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) of Santiago, Dominican Republic in 2006, he also has different seminars on Structure Design and Environmental Sanitation.
Eng. Arias has fourteen years of experience in the management and execution of construction projects at the national and international level. Its objective is to achieve and execute the assigned tasks, in order to obtain the expected results. Arias González is a professional with broad managerial skills, with a broad capacity for planning and motivating leadership who has developed an efficient operational structure in Jamaica.

He has worked at THERRESTRA since 2007, authorized public accountant, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Technological University of Santiago (UTESA), Dominican Republic, in 2003, with a Master's Degree in Senior Management from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC), Dominican Republic.
Lic. Báez has more than 20 years of experience in the area of economic sciences. She previously held the positions of Head of Accounts Payable, Head of Accounting, currently the position of Financial and Administrative Director of the Therrestra Group. Her skills, capacity and knowledge in the areas of accounting, finance and tax law make Lic. Báez a key player in managing and supervising Therrestra's economic and financial resources in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean.
Ing. Ramón López
Therrestra's external consultant since 2007, he formally joined the company in 2014. He is currently in charge of the General Management of the Therrestra Group.
He is a Civil Engineer, Graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC), Dominican Republic in 2001, with a Specialization in Construction Administration at INTEC in 2002 and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, concentration in Construction Management from Northeastern University, in Boston, United States, in 2005.
Engineer Ramón López is a business strategist with more than eighteen years of experience in the development, execution and administration of projects. López is an expert in contract negotiation and construction project management, and within his professional practice he has participated in the development of more than 50 projects in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Panama, Jamaica and St. Lucia.
