Therrestra's president, Hugo Pérez, commented on the importance of carrying out training and integration activities to improve the work environment and achieve better results. “For me it is important to keep my team happy and that they understand that their interpersonal skills and abilities can increase by working at Therrestra,” he said.

The seminar, which was held in Bávaro, was replicated for the first time in Jamaica, with the participation of more than 100 employees of the construction company, both from the corporate and technical sectors.
