Our talent is the most important asset we have at Therrestra. For this reason, with the motto \u201cI am because we are\u201d, we carried out an integration activity with our group of collaborators in Jamaica, a Caribbean country in which Therrestra is making great efforts to carry out different tourism development projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To create an environment of integration and trust, as well as to maintain our commitment to value the importance of each one of our collaborators, we carry out different dynamics focused on forming solid teams, getting people to know each other, generating empathy, trust is created, ties are strengthened and communication is improved.<\/p>\n
