We train employees in interpersonal skills<\/h2><\/div>

We train our collaborators in interpersonal skills or soft skills in the field of communication through a workshop, which sought the integration of its employees.<\/p>\n

Therrestra's president, Hugo P\u00e9rez, commented on the importance of carrying out training and integration activities to improve the work environment and achieve better results. \u201cFor me it is important to keep my team happy and that they understand that their interpersonal skills and abilities can increase by working at Therrestra,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The seminar, which was held in B\u00e1varo, was replicated for the first time in Jamaica, with the participation of more than 100 employees of the construction company, both from the corporate and technical sectors.<\/p>\n
