Last Wednesday, March 11, 2020, the first piezo of the Residencial TH Arenas was held, it will have 288 apartments in the heart of Arenas Gorda, B\u00e1varo.<\/p>\n

Grupo Therrestra, has successfully carried out more than 32 projects throughout the Caribbean, this time putting its effort into creating something for the residences in the area, a project of responsibility, a place that buyers will want to call home, \u201cTH ARENAS \u201d.
\nThis residential complex, located in the Altagracia province, will make up a total of 288 apartments that will contribute to positioning the B\u00e1varo area as the number one town to live in the east. The project has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, all with very affordable prices. Within the project there is a social area with a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, children's area and basketball court.
